Reece is committed to building long relationships with his clients that engender trust, inspire confidence and deliver value. His proactive and results-oriented approach allows him to quickly build rapport with his clients and ensure their confidence.

Reece prides himself on being strategic, practical and structured and is determined on achieving the best possible results for his clients.

By adopting a holistic approach to tackling projects and task, Reece is always one step ahead, consistently providing high quality, timely and tailored advice for people based challenges.

Reece works across a broad range of Employment & Industrial Relations functions. He researches case law, interprets legislation, prepares and drafts written advice as well as reviews workplace policies and procedures and contracts of employment.

Having recently graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business (HRM and ER), Reece has the practical knowledge, drive and enthusiasm to deliver tangible results for his clients. His presence of mind and pragmatic approach is an asset when it comes to tackling complex client challenges.  

Reece has also competed at a professional level in the sport of triathlon as a member of the National Talent Identification Program. He uses this same drive and determination to provide the best possible people solutions for his clients.
