Olga Murphy

Graduate Consultant

Olga’s diverse experiences and extensive legal studies both in Australia and abroad have honed her exceptional legal research and organisational skills. She is always looking for ways to build on her expertise and develop her knowledge.

Olga takes “the big picture view” when resolving problems, approaching each situation from different angles. This allows her not only to find a solution for the existing problem, but also to predict risks and provide comprehensive advice on preventative measures.

She is attentive to her clients needs and ensures that they receive the most effective solutions for their business. In her approach she endeavours to deliver timely advice while aiming to strike a balance between perfection and efficiency. She loves working on challenging and horizon-broadening cases. 

Olga’s experience in understanding and interpreting State and Federal legislation and case law gives her the ability to expertly analyse and prepare practical advice on complex workplace issues.

She specialises in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of enterprise agreements, employment contracts, workplace policies and procedures.
Olga represents clients in disputes, unfair dismissal and general protections conciliations in the Fair Work Commission.

Olga works across the broad range of Employment & Industrial Relations functions, including Human Resource Management matters. She provides
advice on a variety of workplace issues such as performance management, termination of employment and redundancy.

Olga is a passionate advocate for gender equality and workplace diversity. She is convinced that mutually balanced and flexible employment relationships are
one of the key factors to great success of any business.
