Lisa Paton

Associate Director

Lisa is passionate about developing solutions that enhance people and organisational effectiveness. As a Psychologist she specialises in developing leaders, utilising psychometric assessment and creating positive cultural change in organisations.

She recognises the important role that work plays in our lives and builds the capability of individuals, teams and broader organisations to cope with the changing demands of the workplace.


Lisa has experience working in for-profit and for-purpose sectors designing holistic solutions to challenging and complex people problems. She easily builds rapport and engenders trust which enables her to have genuine conversations that lead to solutions tackling the real problems.

Lisa is highly skilled in gaining buy-in to shared organisational values, challenging and transforming negative or counter-productive behaviours and challenging thinking patterns and behaviours that are preventing higher performance. With a strong academic background Lisa understands, recommends and implements evidence-based psychological practices to achieve alignment between organisational values and consistently positive behaviour within the workplace.

As a manager, a leader, a Psychologist and a valued advisor, Lisa understands the complexities, challenges and rewards of working in senior leadership positions. She works collaboratively to understand the issues preventing an organisation from achieving its desired outcomes. Taking a systems approach Lisa then co-creates practical, targeted and high impact solutions.
