Beyond work, Cheryl-Anne loves to travel, enjoys reading, live theatre, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family.


Cheryl-Anne is able to deliver an abundance of real world practical advice, informed by a combination of her ‘book learning’ and her experience as an employee, manager and director. Cheryl-Anne provides consulting services that span every aspect of employee and industrial relations. Her core industrial relations skills lie in the areas of advocacy, conciliation, negotiations and in managing industrial disputes throughout every phase of their lifecycle. She is a specialist in workers compensation, workplace investigations, and all discrimination/harassment/workplace behaviour matters. With deep understanding of each client’s culture and workplace philosophy, her advice is tailored to every specific circumstance.

Cheryl-Anne is recognised for her knowledge, experience and high level consulting capabilities across every dimension of the human resource function. Particular expertise is on hand with mediation, workplace investigations, training, coaching, counselling and discipline, managing ill and injured employees, workplace policies, performance management and workplace training.

Through her multiple professional memberships, Cheryl-Anne makes a point of staying abreast of all current research and trends and is able to respond effectively to clients who recognise the power and potential of an empowered culture and the best organisational settings.
