Bridget O'Connor


Bridget’s diligent and composed manner allows her to adopt a focused and pragmatic approach when working with clients, to provide the best possible solutions.

She is motivated by challenges and draws from her exceptional problem-solving skills for any perplexing task no matter how big or small.

Bridget is naturally empathetic and takes the time to listen to her clients and understand the true nature of their pain points.

Her approachable demeanour encourages clients to open up about their concerns and helps them find mutually beneficial solutions. She has a calm and positive nature which allows her to easily build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Bridget actively adopts the Livingstones promise of being “Action Positive” when dealing with difficult tasks.

Her strengths lay in her ambitious, goal-oriented and driven nature, which she developed at a young age when she trained for and represented Australia
in Water Polo. She uses this hard-won discipline at Livingstones by working efficiently and effectively to provide clients with innovative business solutions.
Her combined degrees in Law and Business (Human Resource Management) allow her to analyse problems from multiple angles.

Bridget works across the broad range of Industrial Relations functions. She researches and interprets case law and legislation and prepares and
drafts written advice, workplace policies and procedures and contracts of employment.
