Are you across the new discrimination provisions that commenced 1 July 2009?

The New Fair Work Act has expanded the grounds and avenues for discrimination complaints by employees.  Organisations who fail to ensure that all staff understand the laws to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment expose themselves and their managers to expensive claims. 

This workshop will explore recent changes to the legislation and through practical examples and exercises will help participants to understand how to identify inappropriate behaviour and their responsibility to prevent it.
