Very often workplace allegations regarding harassment, discrimination and misconduct or employee grievances involve a complex set of circumstances/facts and it is necessary to conduct an impartial investigation to establish whether the allegations can be substantiated or not.

This course will equip participants with the practical skills to undertake a fair and impartial investigation, grounded on the principles of natural justice.

Participants will be able to assess the evidence gathered and draw a conclusion on the balance of probabilities that will be sound and defensible.
