Many clients who attend our public training courses are unaware that we also offer in-house training.  In-house training is a great option to maximize the impact of your training and the return on your training investment.

WHAT WE CAN DO?

All of our public training courses can be run in-house.  However, the real advantage of in-house training is that it can be tailored to your needs.

You want two of our public courses to be blended together:   No problem.
You want examples and case studies for your industry:        We can do it.
You want to shorten or lengthen a course:                   We’ll work with you.

WHO?

Most of our courses can be delivered by several of our consultants.  If you would like a particular consultant to deliver your course, we can normally accommodate this request.  However, we also have consultants who are subject experts in certain areas and we can recommend the best person for your training needs.

WHERE?

We can offer in-house training at our premises or we can come to you.

WHY?

Cost effectiveness If you have five or more people to attend a course, it will generally be cheaper to run the course in-house than a public training course. 

For larger groups (eg compliance training for EEO), the costs are significantly cheaper than paying a “per head” rate. 
 
Logistics
The course can be scheduled when and where it suits you.
 
Presenter
You can choose a presenter who knows you and your business or we can offer a subject matter expert.
 Confidential
The group can talk openly about issues affecting your organisation free from the presence of employees from other companies.
 Tailored The course content can be customised to your training needs.
