Aptitude Assessment and Characteristics Assessment

The Aptitude Assessment and Characteristics Assessments are components of the QFRS recruitment and selection process. The process requires applicants to register and pay in advance for their assessments.

Before you can register for the Aptitude Assessment and/or Characteristics Assessment, you will need:

1. Your QFRS Applicant Number.


2. Your CREDIT CARD Details. (You cannot register online if you do not have access to a credit card)

IMPORTANT PAYMENT AND BOOKING INFORMATION

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Livingstones Australia will make every effort to ensure a convenient process for all applicants. To assist us in maintaining such convenience, the following conditions apply to all registrations:

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received by Livingstones Australia. If payment is made via cheque or money order, money must be received at least 5 working days before an assessment session.

If an applicant is not paying with a credit card, they need to register via the Livingstones Psychometric Assessment Hotline on (07) 3367 0619. Registering via the hotline will incur an additional fee of $11 inclusive of GST.

Where an applicant requests to reschedule to another assessment session or cancel their registration, Livingstones Australia will require at least 5 working days notice of this change. Failure to provide at least 5 working days notice will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of their registration.

On the occasion where an applicant registers to attend an assessment session and fails to be present at the assessment session, the applicant is NOT entitled to reimbursement of any amount. Special circumstances will be considered.

Confirmation of Enrolment in Specified Assessment Centre:
Every effort is made to accommodate the preferred assessment venue and times for each applicant. However, there may be periods of peak enrolment whereby your first preference for a assessment session is unavailable even though your registration and payment is successful. In such situations, a representative from Livingstones Australia will contact you via telephone to schedule the next most convenient session.
