Team Building

At Livingstones we adopt highly facilitative, interactive, accelerated learning approaches to teamwork which incorporate the principles of Adult Learning. All our team development projects are individually designed to meet the requirements of the organisation; its culture, values and the needs of the group.

Some of the areas we focus on include:

  • Developing an understanding of individuals’ roles within the team.
  • Learning more about each other in the team.
  • Understanding group dynamics and team development stages.
  • Review the history of the team.
  • Understanding how the team fits with the broader organisation.
  • Creating a future vision for the team.
  • Assess the current team culture and strengths & weaknesses.
  • Setting team goals, assessing performance, developing problem solving and decision making processes.
  • Developing conflict management strategies.
