Nadia loves working alongside her clients providing real value with her knowledge, energy and commitment to great client outcomes. Beyond her acknowledged high performance professional persona, Nadia demonstrates an insatiable thirst for adventure, travel and exploring challenging new horizons.

 

By taking a well proven approach to understanding the client, their business and industry first, Nadia is able to unpack the key issues from where the best strategies for successful outcomes can be formulated. Her strength is the powerful combination of experience, technical knowledge and clarity around options, impacts and advice she brings to every project task.

Since joining Livingstones in 1998, Nadia has provided clients with solutions in almost every industry. She has particular expertise in education, retail, telecommunications, energy, transport, professional services and not-for-profit organisations. Nadia’s high level of expertise across a diverse range of workplace issues and scenarios, coupled with her deep industry and client knowledge make her a respected and sought after adviser, coach and trainer.

Nadia provides consulting services that span every aspect of negotiation, advocacy and compliance relating to employment disputes. Specific areas of expertise cover industrial disputes and enterprise bargaining. This sees Nadia working closely with her clients on effective strategies and deeply involved throughout the process of preparation, engagement and implementation.

Nadia brings a sharp mind and objective perspective to all investigation work and has the necessary skills and experience for drafting cleverly crafted employment contracts, Enterprise Agreements and workplace policies that shape and reform organisational culture. Nadia is an accomplished trainer and her skills, refined by professional development at NIDA, are highly valued by her clients.
