Pat Evatt

Principal Consultant

Pat brings to her coaching practice area extensive experience as a manager, director and consultant practicing in organisational development and change, strategic human resource management, facilitation, research, psychometric assessment and profiling, and training.

Her main focus has been working in partnership with her clients to design strategic organisational development programs to create sustainable, enhanced performance cultures.

Today Pat works primarily as an executive coach focusing at the strategic level with senior management and boards helping them to understand their situation realistically, identifying all the options open to them, even the uncomfortable ones, then setting a practical and well ordered plan of action to achieve nominated goals.

 

Pat has worked at all levels in the private, public and tertiary education sectors in a wide range of industry categories but primarily in transport, power utilities, manufacturing and education. She is increasingly specialising in management and executive coaching, utilising the principles of evidence based and solutions focused coaching.

As a Fellow of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Deputy Chair of Ipswich Girls’ Grammar School, Pat has both knowledge and experience in corporate governance of commercial, not for profit and voluntary associations. Pat sees her role as staying abreast of the latest research and knowledge and coaching her clients in developing and managing their people to build sustainable and outcome-oriented cultures.

Pat undertakes work for her clients in all areas of the human resource management and performance management functions including learning and development and training, leadership development, system design and implementation as well as coaching assignments.

Pat develops and implements change management programs for her clients. She also designs and implements cultural reviews and surveys as well as team development initiatives. In the leadership development arena, she conducts 360 Degree surveys, assessments, executive coaching and a wide range of professional development training initiatives. In the talent management arena, Pat conducts psychometric assessments and sits on assessment panels.
