Mike provides advisory services that span all dimensions of organisational development, including organisation and strategic planning, leadership and team development, assessment and development, change management and employee support services. Mike also delivers coaching, career development and outplacement services for senior executives.
Mike provides mediation, conflict resolution services and has extensive experience in the managing of difficult human resource and interpersonal issues. With extensive facilitation and training experience, Mike has also assisted clients to develop their strategic human resource planning functions, provided onboarding services and developed innovative training programs for executives and managers.
