Mike Allan

Associate Director

Mike blends decades of practical commercial experience in multiple international and cultural settings with his significant academic knowledge to provide clients with insights and solutions to the most complex organisational challenges.

With a strong belief in the power of innovation and creativity to drive peak levels of organisational performance, he designs and uses carefully crafted coaching, assessment, change and development programs to meet client needs. Pragmatic in his approach to every project, Mike maintains a razor sharp focus on value, action and commercial imperatives.

 

Mike sees his role as working in a true partnership with clients, fully understanding the culture and history of an organisation and leveraging his knowledge and expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to organisational problems, regardless of their complexity.

Mike provides advisory services that span all dimensions of organisational development, including organisation and strategic planning, leadership and team development, assessment and development, change management and employee support services. Mike also delivers coaching, career development and outplacement services for senior executives.

Mike provides mediation, conflict resolution services and has extensive experience in the managing of difficult human resource and interpersonal issues. With extensive facilitation and training experience, Mike has also assisted clients to develop their strategic human resource planning functions, provided onboarding services and developed innovative training programs for executives and managers.
