Mark Brady

Principal Consultant

Mark has extensive experience in all areas of Employment and Industrial Relations, with a particular focus on investigation and review of employment matters, enterprise bargaining/awards, advocacy, managing complex cases and workforce redesign. 

Combining his experience and knowledge with his strategic approach Mark is passionate about developing innovative strategies for workforce redesign which leads to significant organisational improvement. 

Mark works in close partnership with clients to ensure that he delivers strategic and tailored solutions that support the business needs and philosophy of the client, whilst addressing the specific issues that arise in the workplace.

Throughout his career, Mark has been recognised for providing creative and practical solutions for complex workplace issues. Mark is also an experienced mediator and brings to his work a genuine desire to reach resolution in a constructive manner where possible, however he does not shy away from the ‘hard’ issues when the need arises. 

 

With over 20 years experience in all aspects of Employee and Industrial Relations in both the public and private sectors, Mark is valued for his depth of knowledge and breadth of experience. 

Mark’s extensive experience across a broad range of Employee Relations roles means that he can provide expert and practical advice and services on all aspects of workplace matters. He is a specialist in complaints management, managing and resolving misconduct, workplace bullying complaints, advocacy in all industrial jurisdictions as well as providing strategic advice in relation to employment arrangements and conditions. 

Mark utilises his excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to provide mentoring and training for employee relations practitioners at all levels. His personable and engaging nature enables him to easily develop rapport with clients and practitioners to gain their trust and confidence.
