Margaret is an extremely quick learner.  She brings her warm, engaging and flexible manner to each task, providing valuable information and advice on award interpretation and statutory obligations helping Livingstones clients to tackle the challenges associated with interpreting and clarifying a  host of workplace relations provisions and issues.

Margaret takes great pride in her ability to translate complex information into clear guidance with real value to those who need it.  She is highly regarded as a team player with a strong client focus and an ability to look at the whole picture without missing any of the smaller, but no less important details.

Margaret's four years with the Workplace Authority and the Fair Work Ombudsman, advising on award conditions, wages and enterprise agreements, provides an ideal background of valuable experience and insights which she bring to her current role as a Livingstones Research Consultant.

This translates directly into the clear interpretation and application of legislative requirements throughout the workplace.  Her natural curiosity, along with her ability to carefully analyse information from multiple sources equips her perfectly for delivering quality information and practical solutions in a timely and effective manner.

Margaret works across the many dimensions of Employment & Industrial Relations with a genuine commitment to providing the best information and advice, whether is applies to award coverage or calculation of award entitlements, including termination payments.  She is entirely at home in the consultant environment where meeting client expectations is the critical measure of performance.
