Laura has an in-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations Law and other legislative requirements that impact on the workplace. Laura combines this knowledge with a unique ability to communicate effectively with individual clients gaining insights and a thorough understanding of their differing needs so she can provide them with the best possible end result. She builds long term quality relationships with her clients who place great value in her professional advice and extremely strong service ethos.

Laura has broad experience in her specialist area across many industries including agriculture, construction, food manufacturing, retail, hospitality, government, mining, transport, logistics and child care.

Laura’s exposure to many complex industrial relations issues has equipped her with valuable experience and knowledge which she expertly converts to practical analysis of risks and options before making important decisions. Laura demonstrates her impressive investigative and analytical credentials and leaves no stone unturned in preparing cases, taking statements and affidavits, drafting agreements and contracts and providing Award and legislative interpretation.

Laura also undertakes industry and economic positioning comparisons, a diverse range of workplace investigations and she drafts advice in areas such as anti-discrimination, harassment, termination of employment, redundancy, return to work requirements and leave entitlements.
