Heidi combines her desire for understanding human behaviour and its key motivational drivers with her insightful nature to analyse client issues holistically.

By asking the right questions and building trust through her warm and engaging approach, Heidi is able to identify innovative ways to increase employee engagement and maximise employee performance and retention.

Heidi is an authentic professional who leverages her background in individual psychology, her inquisitive nature and excellent listening skills to get to the core of an issue and identify the most appropriate solutions for clients and their organisations.

Her commitment to producing high quality innovative outcomes has seen her become a trusted advisor to many of her clients who really value her holistic, collaborative and action-oriented approach. It is her focus on the human element that sets her apart from her peers.

Heidi works across all areas of organisational development, including Psychometric Assessment for selection and development, coaching, career development, outplacement, training and organisational guidance and support.

Heidi has broad experience across a range of industries both commercial and not-for-profit (including telecommunications, aviation, recruitment and selection, finance, and utilities). She has also had experience in a variety of roles including as a people manager.

BSc (Psychology) - Registered Psychologist, Diploma of Human Resource Management, Certificate IV in Business Administration, SHL Accredited Facilitator, DDI Targeted Selection Accredited Facilitator.

Australian Psychological Society, AHPRA, Golden Key International Society.
