Felicia has a built-in natural energy and drive that she harnesses to create and sustain strong and positive relationships with her clients.

She jumps at the opportunity to convert ideas into action, combining her experience with the latest organisational research and contemporary practices to deliver practical and effective outcomes.

 

With a good understanding of the power of quality research and measurement, Felicia applies her professional psychology qualifications and experience across the Organisational Advisors & Psychologists value stream. Felicia is a pro-active, engaging and enthusiastic contributor to quality client outcomes. She demonstrates a great capacity to look beyond the obvious when exploring for solutions.

Felicia uses her experience and knowledge of a variety of diagnostic tools to add value to organisational development initiatives including team development, training design, facilitation and change management programs. She undertakes organisational survey design and program evaluation and has coordinated the delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget.

Felicia works across many core areas of organisational development specialising in psychometric assessment where she provides objective information to improve people related decisions. This directly impacts organisational effectiveness through improved selection, retention and targeted development programs.

She plays a key role in the design and delivery of performance appraisals and mentoring programs to capitalise on knowledge gain through psychometrics. Felicia is also actively involved in change initiatives, outplacement, assessment centres and performance measurement.

Her strong project management skills are applied across a wide range of tasks and add significant value to the advisory services offered by Livingstones to their many clients.
