With over three years experience working in the Queensland Government Department of Industrial Relations, Eloise has gained valuable experience and insights into the application of Industrial Relations legislation. Eloise uses this solid understanding of both sides of workplace issues and is always on hand to interpret the relevant legislation and to solve problems for Livingstones clients.
Eloise’s works across all areas of industrial relations and is able to use her experience and knowledge to provide advice on award coverage and award entitlements including calculation of entitlements, termination payments and wages claims.
Clients benefit from Eloise’s enterprise bargaining support throughout the entire process as she compiles reports on economic outlook data, undertakes industry benchmarking and comparisons for use in formulating negotiation strategies, and drafts and lodges enterprise agreements.
Eloise uses her understanding of industrial relations case law to provide valuable guidance to clients through a range of performance counseling and discipline procedures. Eloise also prepares submissions, contracts of employment, workplace policies, employment relations management plans, and carries out case law research and takes on the roles of workplace investigator and auditor in support of clients’ .
