Edwina makes a point of learning as much as she can about a client and their business during her initial interaction. This equips her with a strong foundation to provide tailored, relevant and practical solutions that best meet the needs of the client in the industry that they operate in. Her strength lies in her ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with her clients helping her to clearly see the whole picture, not just the legal issues.
This in turn, allows Edwina to provide solutions that are carefully considered and well-rounded. When commitment combines with a personable nature, impressive analytical skills and the capacity to view issues in a holistic manner, the result is a high performing Livingstones Senior Consultant named Edwina.
Edwina’s consulting expertise ranges from providing advice on anti-discrimination and workplace harassment issues through to drafting employment contracts and enterprise agreements and considering termination and redundancy issues and associated risks. Her specific areas of expertise include workplace investigations, which make good use of her analytical skills, potential disciplinary action that can arise out of such investigations and the consideration of appropriate and fair disciplinary and dismissal procedures.
She also has significant experience in ensuring industrial compliance is achieved in enterprise agreements and employment contracts from the drafting stage through to their implementation throughout the workplace. Edwina also brings her analytical skills to bear on her advice in relation to award and statutory obligations and workers’ compensation matters.
