As a Research Consultant, Daniel brings an analytical and methodical approach to his work.

This combined with a real passion for incisive analysis, means Daniel provides highly relevant information and insight across a broad range of client needs. He engages easily with clients and is highly conscientious, ensuring that what needs to get done, will get done. Daniel combines his calm manner and capacity to see the bigger picture with his diligence and commitment to providing clients with the very best information and service.

Daniel conducts research and provides employment relations advice regarding legislative obligations and assists in interpretation and implementation.

He is well organised and structured in his approach and uses his previous law firm experience to good effect in delivering timely, practical and relevant advice.

Daniel’s research and advice spans a number of matters including enterprise bargaining, OH&S, disciplinary issues, termination of employment, unfair dismissal and workplace discrimination. He advises on rights and obligations under employment and OH&S legislation. Daniel calculates wage sheets to determine appropriate rates of pay and to ensure compliance. He also reviews and drafts policies for clients across multiple industry sectors, ensuring they are tailored to specific business needs, compliant with the relevant legislation and practical for their purpose.
