Cassaundra’s consulting expertise is applied in providing employment relations advice that is practical and compliant. She is involved in the handling of workplace disputes and workplace investigations. She provides support and advice on anti-discrimination and workplace harassment matters, enterprise agreements as well as termination and redundancy issues and the associated risks. Cassaundra also has significant experience in the area of policies and procedures, from the drafting stage through to their implementation in the workplace.
