Blake’s consulting career as a psychologist has been inspired by his passion for people development and a fascination with how people impact an organisation’s performance and success.
His knowledge and understanding of the latest neuroscience research comes through strongly in the way he creates and presents ideas, and in the interventions and options he recommends to his clients, particularly in the areas of change management, coaching, training and facilitation.
His genuine interest in people and their ‘story’ helps him to quickly build rapport and quality relationships with the people he engages with.
Blake’s background has given him experience implementing a broad range of successful interventions in a wide variety of industry sectors, including state government agencies, government owned corporations, global corporations, energy, mining, engineering, leisure services, manufacturing, transport, health care, animal care, education and emergency services.
Blake undertakes a wide range of assignments in every arena of Human Resources and Relationships for any organisation seeking to address issues of change, evolution, growth and improved business and people performance. This includes resource planning, recruitment and selection, training, coaching, and facilitation.
Blake undertakes work for his clients across all dimensions of organisational development and change. This includes designing and implementing customised change management programs to suit the client’s specific cultural and business circumstances, leadership and team development initiatives, as well as providing coaching and facilitation services.
Blake also provides psychometric assessment services for selection and development, assessing and developing leaders, team development and career guidance.
