Can they provide a neutral location for the mediation session?

Livingstones Australia has offices at 340 Adelaide Street which can be used for the mediation should you prefer an off-site location.

Are they experienced in more than one model of mediation?

There are several models of mediation and many mediators only practice one model.

Katy has experience and training in both the facilitative (problem-solving) model and the transformative model.  The transformative model focuses on changing the nature of the conflict interaction.

In workplace disputes, the transformative model is often very effective because of the need to change the ongoing relationship between the parties.

Katy can discuss the relative merits of both models with you and help you decide on your preferred option.

How do they charge?

Livingstones Australia charges at an hourly rate.
