Change to IRS Award Supply Service

Livingstones is changing its Award Supply Service in order to assist our clients with the new award system.  We will now have a variety of service offerings, which will allow you to choose the best solution for your business.

Firstly, we  introduce a new service – MODERN AWARDS ONLINE.

This service provides access to Modern Awards free of charge. Wagesheets can be obtained on a user pays basis.  The price for each wagesheet is $55 inc GST each time the wagesheet is downloaded.

The Modern Awards Online service does not include telephone advice.  However, support is available on a USER PAYS basis according to Livingstones Schedule of Professional Fees.

We appreciate that some subscribers will wish to move to Modern Awards Online rather than maintain an INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SOLUTIONS (IRS) subscription.  Once a current IRS subscription expires, subscribers will be offered this option. 

We believe that the value of our service is not only the provision of the Modern Award and Wagesheets but, more importantly, access to specialist, dependable and up to date advice.  Therefore the INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SOLUTIONS (IRS) Award Supply and Support service will continue.

Continuing IRS Clients

Continuing IRS clients will receive:

• Free Award-Related Telephone Advice* from highly trained and experienced IR specialists who are familiar with your industry and business
• Access to Modern and State Awards
• Access to subscribed wagesheets
• Proactive email notification of changes to awards and wagesheets
• Continuity and availability of Consultants
• Electronic newsletters and email based updates of significant Workplace Relations and Human Resources issues.
• Access to a basic Transitional Calculator in MS Excel.

What is the pricing of the new Livingstones Services?

Access to Modern Awards Online is free of charge, with the price for each wagesheet download $55 inc GST.

The Annual IRS Award Supply and Support Service will be $330 inc GST per annum for up to 2 Awards subscriptions, and then  $110 inc GST annually for each award thereafter.

Should you prefer to have additional users (eg if you are a national business), we also offer a additional user login for $55 inc GST annually.  This entitles those additional subscribers to access the telephone support service.

Consulting Support on using Transitional Calculator

Transitional Support

To assist our clients navigate through the complex transitioning period, Livingstones has prepared a Modern Awards Transitional Calculator.
This calculator, developed in Microsoft Excel 2002, can be purchased for $550 inc GST per annum.
Purchasing the calculator includes an initial handover and training (via phone and Internet) on how to best use the calculator.
The calculator has been designed to assist payroll officers and HR professionals make the complex transitional calculations for Award Based employees.
Alternatively, a Livingstones Consultant can be engaged to assist with the development of your own customised Modern Awards Transitional Calculator at discounted consultancy rates commencing at $110 inc GST per hour.
This calculator will be automatically updated for the annual minimum wage decision of 1 July each year.

What about continuing State Awards?

Pricing for clients wishing to maintain a subscription to State Awards will be the same as for Modern Awards i.e. 2 awards for $330 inc GST and $110 inc GST thereafter.

We will be gradually phasing out State Awards from the Award Supply service.
